How can the success of those people who graduate near the top of their class from the very best schools be explained relative to the rather less successful careers and personal lives of their classmates, who earned pretty much the same high grades and would probably rank about the same on IQ tests?

In short: various aspects of self-awareness, sensitivity to others, and the range of options in dealing with others. In the end, though, we are really talking about how to make better decisions.

In this program, two perspectives are explored:
the Cognitive (that is, how we think); and
the Affective (that is, how we feel).
Although these may be regarded as separate and different areas,
human beings are not quite so simple.
The Cognitive and the Affective alternately influence each other.
This program will help participants identify the various "blindspots" in their awareness.

As the program progresses, participants increasingly enjoy a heightened sense of awareness, the ability to identify a wider range of decision making options than ever before, as well as the ability to create new solutions and better resolutions in dealings with others. Of course, none of this experience exists within a vacuum.
