As the leading authority of on-line trading and auction abuses, Ms. Baldwin
gained international attention (including a significant article in Fortune
magazine) for her role in driving more than one million transactions away
from e-Bay to other on-line auction sites. She serves as a Major in the
U.S.A.R., and during the course of the past 24 years has been awarded the
Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal with Four Oak
Leaf Clusters.
Mr. Ilcyn earned his MBA from New York University. He is a Vice President with J.P. Morgan Chase and served with Chase for more than 15 years. He also played a key leadership role on the Productivity Council of New York. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: consulting, operations, telecommunications, facilities management, and information technology. His experience and exposure are rather more extensive.
Mr. Krasilovsky is amongst the handful of living scholars and practicing lawyers specializing in the area of copyright. He earned his law degree from Cornell University and has been actively engaged in the practice of law for more than 40 years. Although he represents rock and roll legend Chuck Berry, the estates of popular Broadway composer Fats Waller as well that of classical composer Sergei Rachmaninoff, amongst many others. Mr. Krasilovsky set legal precedent by restoring ownership of songs to the R&B composers who had been “ripped off.”. The cornerstone case involved Otis Blackwell, whose song had been improperly “cut in” to. Elvis Presley was the recording artists. The song title? How appropriate: “Don’t Be Cruel.”
Dr. Mase was a pioneer in the executive coaching movement, well before that field became fashionable. He served for many years as VP with Citibank, playing a key role in developing its “Managing People” program, which influenced many other programs developed elsewhere by Citibank training “alumni.” Dr. Mase currently maintains a thriving private practice.
Dr. Parket is a highly respected management consultant with 30 years of experience, serving Fortune 500 companies. He earned his doctorate from Columbia University. He also was a fully tenured faculty member with the City University of New York for more than 20 years. He is the author of several books, including “Statistics for Business Decision Making” (Random House).
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA in Taxation from St. John’s University, Mr. Sobel is a seasoned financial professional. During his 30-year career, he has been involved in auditing the estates of such well-known personalities as John Lennon and Elvis Presley. He advises many firms across the business spectrum.
